Refunds and Exchanges

The buyer must provide evidence of the damage within 10 days of notification of delivery.
The buyer is welcome to send an item back to me for repairs, but they are responsible for the shipping costs. Otherwise, I leave each buyer instructions on how to repair a damaged item.
I accept full refunds for masks, but buyer is responsible for return shipping.
