Terms & Conditions

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to the shop terms and conditions listed below.


Henceforth "The artist"/"the artists" shall refer to Lauren Kirkham, the creator and copyright holder of all items listed in this venue.



Note: The artist’s work is not to be used for your company/self; advertisement, photographs, films, or any other media form or performance without written consent.
If this product is to appear in other mediums, (ie; prints, tshirts, business cards, album art, posters, performances, videos etc.) permission must be granted by the artist.

Original Works (listed shop items):


1: The artist retains all rights associated with the items both currently, and previously listed.

2: Copies and reproductions of the artist’s work are explicitly prohibited.

3: Items bearing the image of the finished work (Prints/covers/etc.)may not be produced without the artists written consent.

Custom Works:


1: The artist retains all rights to all developmental drafts (sketches/paintings) used in the creation process of the desired product, should the commissioner approach without a predetermined design.
NOTE: If you bring me your own design-you retain the rights to it.

2: The artist retains all rights to final drafts used in the creation process. 

3: Copies of finished work are prohibited unless explicitly discussed with the artist.
